How To Make Egg Burger
Take out the meat and swap out something lighter with this egg burger recipe. This recipe is completely customizable according to your tastes!

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
- 1 slice cheese, processed
- 1 hamburger bun, cut in half, warmed or toasted
For Optional Garnishes:
- ketchup
- relish
- lettuce
- tomato, sliced
- sweet pepper, sliced
- fried mushrooms or crispy bacon
Instructions
- Spray skillet with cooking spray. Heat skillet over medium heat. Break egg into skillet. Break yolk with edge of spatula. Season with salt and pepper.
- When egg is almost set, turn over and top with cheese; cook briefly just to melt cheese.
- Place egg on bottom half of warmed or toasted hamburger bun. Garnish as desired. Cover with remaining half of bun.
