  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 1 package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup of fresh dill, chopped

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining bread slices, cream cheese, cucumber slices, and herbs.

  5. Top each triple-decker with a final slice of bread.

  6. Cut the sandwiches into quarters and serve.
