How To Make Chocolate Banana Cream Sandwich

In this banana cream sandwich, the combination of sweet banana filling and chewy chocolate crust makes a delightful treat the kids will surely love.

Preparation: 20 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes
Freeze Time: 1 hour
Total: 1 hour 40 minutes



For Filling:

  • 3large bananas
  • 1tspvanilla
  • 1tbspmaple syrup

For Crust:

  • 1boxbrownie mix
  • ½cupoil
  • 1cupwater
  • 6graham crackers



  1. In a medium mixing bowl combine the brownie mix, oil, and water. Mix well.

  2. On a baking sheet, lay down a sheet of wax paper. Spoon on half the mixture, and spread out to be about ½-inch thick.

  3. Press 6 graham crackers into the mixture. Cover with remaining brownie batter.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  5. Let it cool before slicing out the graham crackers.

  6. Freeze the rectangular slices for 1 hour.


  1. Peel and slice bananas before freezing.

  2. In a blender, combine the bananas, vanilla, and maple syrup. Blend on high until creamy.

  3. Use a bag to squeeze the filling onto the crust. Top with another crust.

  4. Serve and enjoy.
