How To Make Texas Pork Ribs Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 pounds pork ribs
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions

Preheat your grill or smoker to 225°F.

In a small bowl, combine paprika, chili powder, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to make the spice rub.

Rub the spice mixture evenly over the pork ribs, covering all sides.

Place the ribs on the grill or smoker and cook for 2 hours, or until the meat is tender and begins to pull away from the bone.

Brush the barbecue sauce over the ribs and continue cooking for an additional hour, basting with sauce every 15 minutes.

Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Serve the Texas pork ribs with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
