How To Make Greek Ribs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).

  2. Place the ribs on a baking sheet and season with salt and black pepper.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.

  4. Brush the mixture all over the ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.

  5. Cover the baking sheet tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours.

  6. Remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 450°F (230°C).

  7. Brush the ribs with any remaining marinade and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until they are crispy and browned.

  8. Remove from the oven and let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
