How To Make Grilled Radishes
Turn your radishes into something special with this grilled radishes recipe. Tangy radishes made savory with garlic and rich butter for an extraordinary side dish.
Ingredients
- 20 oz radishes, sliced
- 2 garlic minced, minced
- 2 tbsp butter, cubed
- 1 cube ice
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill over a high heat setting.
- In a bowl mix garlic and radishes together and season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange radishes, garlic, butter, ice cube on a double layer aluminum foil. Season contents with salt and pepper. Tightly wrap foil to seal.
- Place sealed foil on the grill. Cook the radishes for about 20 minutes, or until tender.
