How To Make Spicy Pork Ribs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.

  3. Place the pork ribs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure to coat all sides of the ribs.

  4. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

  5. After 1 hour and 30 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 30 minutes, or until the ribs are tender and the sauce has thickened.

  6. Remove from the oven and let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
