  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano


  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, cumin, and dried oregano to make the spice rub.

  3. Brush the chicken breasts with the spice rub on both sides.

  4. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

  6. Serve the spicy grilled chicken with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
