How To Make Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Tortillas, for serving
  • Optional toppings: guacamole, sour cream, shredded cheese, salsa


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place the chicken, bell peppers, and onion on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the spice mixture on top.

  4. Toss everything together until well coated.

  5. Spread the chicken and vegetables in a single layer on the sheet pan.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

  7. Serve the sheet pan chicken fajitas with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings.
