How To Make Sheet Pan Beef Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fajita seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for serving
  • Tortillas, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced flank steak, bell peppers, onion, garlic, olive oil, fajita seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat everything evenly.

  3. Spread the steak and vegetable mixture out onto a sheet pan in an even layer.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired level of doneness and the vegetables are tender.

  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.

  6. Serve the sheet pan beef fajitas in tortillas with fresh cilantro and lime wedges for squeezing over the top.
