How To Make Quick and Easy Grilled Shrimp Skewers
Prepare these quick and easy shrimp skewers and make any meal extra special. It’s tender with an umami-rich smoky flavor, topped with sriracha-based sauce.

Ingredients
For the Sauce:
- 2½tbsplight mayonnaise
- 2tbspscallions,chopped fine
- 1½tbspThai sweet chili sauce
- ½tspsriracha,or to taste
For the Shrimp:
- 12.8ozlarge raw shrimp,shelled and deveined
- fresh cracked pepper
- oil spray
Instructions

Combine the mayo, scallions, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha sauce in a small bowl. Set aside.

Place 5 shrimp on 8 skewers.

Heat a clean, lightly oiled grill to medium heat, when the grill is hot add the shrimp, careful not to burn the skewers.

Grill on both sides for about 6 to 8 minutes total cooking time or until the shrimp is opaque and cooked through.

Set shrimp aside on a platter and quickly brush sauce onto the shrimp; serve immediately.
Recipe Notes
Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 20 minutes or use metal ones to avoid this step.
