How To Make Grilled Zucchini

Ingredients
- 16ozzucchini,medium, 2 each, sliced ¼-inch thick
- 1tbspolive oil,extra virgin
- 1tbspred wine vinegar
- 1tspdried parsley
- 1tspdried basil
- ½tspgarlic powder
- kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the grill on medium-high.

In a large bowl, toss the zucchini with oil, red wine vinegar, parsley, basil, and garlic powder.

Season with ¼ teaspoon of salt and black pepper, to taste.

Carefully use tongs to rub an oiled paper towel over grill grates to clean.

Place the zucchini on the grill.

Cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Flip and continue cooking on high, covered, for 2 to 3 minutes more.

When the zucchini is tender, remove from heat.

Serve, and enjoy!
