How To Make Grilled Wild Salmon with Anchovies, Capers & Lentils

Ingredients
- 4 wild salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 4 anchovy fillets, rinsed and chopped
- 2 tbsp capers, drained
- 1 cup cooked lentils
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper.

Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly charred.

In a small bowl, combine the anchovies, capers, and cooked lentils. Mix well.

Serve the grilled salmon topped with the anchovy, caper, and lentil mixture.
