How To Make Grilled Sriracha Shrimp

This sriracha shrimp recipe is made with large shrimps coated with a mouthwatering marinade threaded onto skewers then grilled for a delicious meal.

Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
Total: 15 minutes



  • 1 ½lbsshrimplarge, peeled, and deveined, leave tails on if desired

For the Marinade:

  • ¼cupolive oil
  • 2tbspof honey
  • ¼cupsoy saucereduced sodium preferred
  • 2lemonsjuiced
  • 2garlic clovesminced
  • ½tspkosher salt
  • ½tspblack pepper
  • 2tspsrirachaincrease for more of a kick
  • lemon wedges and chopped parsleyfor garnish, optional


  1. Place all of the marinade ingredients in a resealable bag, shake to mix. Add the shrimp and place in the refrigerator. Marinate for at least one hour or up to 4 hours.

  2. Remove shrimp from marinade and thread onto skewers.

  3. Heat the grill to medium-high. Place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cook for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until the shrimp has become pink and firm.

  4. Do not overcook. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
