How To Make Grilled Mushrooms
These grilled mushrooms makes the perfect savory side dish to any meal! Grill up a batch of these delectable mushrooms in just 20 minutes.
Preheat an outdoor grill or grill pan to medium high heat.
Thread the mushrooms onto skewers.
Brush then with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place the skewers on the grill, then cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until mushrooms are tender and browned.
Place the butter and garlic in a small bowl.
Microwave in 30 second increments or until butter is melted.
Stir in the parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
Brush the garlic butter over the mushrooms.
