- 3garlic cloves,crushed
- 1tspolive oil
- 1½tbspdijon mustard
- 2tbsplemon juice,fresh
- 1½tbspfresh oregano,or 2 tsp dry oregano
- 1tspkosher salt and fresh cracked pepper,or to taste
- 16ozchicken breasts,skinless, boneless, cut into 1-inch cubes
- ½red onion,quartered, layers separated
- 4lemon wedges,for serving

Combine the garlic, oil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.

Place the chicken in a gallon-sized bag and pour the marinade over it. Refrigerate overnight.
