How To Make Grilled Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients
- 8 jalapeño peppers
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 slices bacon
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium heat.

Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and white membrane.

In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, red onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Stuff each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture.

Wrap each jalapeño half with a slice of bacon and secure with toothpicks.

Place the jalapeño poppers on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted.

Remove from the grill and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
