How To Make Grilled Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

  • 1lbchicken breast tenders
  • ¼cupolive oil
  • 2tbsplemon juice
  • 2tspItalian Seasoning
  • 1garlic cloveminced
  • ¾tspsalt
  • ¼tsppepper
  • 1tbspparsleychopped
  • lemon wedgesfor serving

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken in a large bowl or resealable freezer bag. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper.

  2. Stir to coat chicken evenly. Marinate for at least 20 minutes or up to 8 hours.

  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium high heat.

  4. Place the chicken in a single layer on the grill. 

  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

  6. Remove chicken from the grill. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
