
How To Make Grilled Cajun Garlic Butter Lobster Tails
Turn a normal night into a fancy dinner with this recipe for grilled lobster tails. They’re flavored with butter, garlic, and olive oil for a tasty meal!

Ingredients
- 4lobster tails
- salt and pepper
- ¼cupbutter,melted
- 1tbspolive oil
- 3garlic cloves,minced
- 1tbspcajun seasoning
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium high heat.

Using kitchen shears butterfly the tail by cutting down the center. Loosen the meat and pull the lobster meat upward. Salt and pepper the meat and set on a baking sheet.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, olive oil, garlic and cajun seasoning. Brush on top of the prepared lobster.

Place the lobster on grill flesh side down for about 3 to 4 minutes, until lightly charred. Flip over and brush again with marinade and continue to cook for about 5 more minutes until cooked throughout.
