- 1red onion
- ⅔cupsoy sauce
- 6clovesgarlic,minced
- ¼cupsesame oil
- ½cupvegetable oil
- ½cupsugar
- 1tbspginger,grated
- 2tbspsesame seeds
- green onions,sliced, to garnish

Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes.

Cut the red onion into large chunks and set aside.
