How To Make Greek Chicken Recipe

If you’re the outdoorsy type who simply loves grilled food and barbeque, then these grilled and BBQ recipes are for you! Cooking at the grill will be no challenge at all when you’ve got our grilled and BBQ recipes at hand.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and toss well to coat them in the marinade. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

  4. Heat a large, oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear them for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.

  6. In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt and crumbled feta cheese.

  7. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.

  8. Serve the chicken topped with the Greek yogurt mixture and sprinkle with sliced kalamata olives and fresh parsley.
