  • 1lbshrimppeeled and deveined


  • 4garlic clovesminced
  • cupolive oil
  • 2tbspparsleychopped
  • 1tbspfresh basilchopped
  • 2tsplemon juice
  • 1tbsptomato paste
  • ½tspsalt
  • ½tspblack pepper

Garlic Butter:

  • 1garlic cloveminced
  • ¼cupbuttermelted
  • 1tspparsleychopped
  • lemon wedgesfor serving, optional


  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and whisk. Allow shrimp to marinate at least 20 minutes.

  2. Preheat grill to medium heat.

  3. Thread shrimp on skewers and grill 2 to 3 minutes per side. Remove from skewers and place in a serving bowl.

  4. Drizzle with garlic butter and serve warm with lemon wedges if desired.
