Coconut Lime Grilled Pineapple Recipe

How To Make Coconut Lime Grilled Pineapple Recipe

Summers just got fruitier with this sweet and savory pineapple recipe! The juicy fruit is marinated in coconut and lime, and grilled until charred.

Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 5 minutes
Total: 10 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1pineapple,cut into spears
  • ¼cupbutter,melted
  • ¼cupbrown sugar
  • ¼cupcoconut cream
  • ¼cupcoconut flakes
  • 1lime,juiced

Instructions

  1. Lay the pineapple spears on a pan. Combine melted butter, brown sugar, coconut cream, coconut flakes and lime juice. Spread half of the mixture on top of the pineapple.

  2. Grill over medium heat for about 7 to 10 minutes turning and basting once. Remove from the grill and use remaining sauce as desired.

  3. Serve and enjoy!
