  • cupvegetable oil
  • 2tbspred wine vinegar
  • 2tbspdijon mustard
  • 3tbspWorcestershire sauce
  • 1tbsplemon juice
  • 1tbspsoy sauce
  • 1tspblack pepper
  • 2tspItalian Seasoning
  • 1tspgarlic powder
  • 1tbspbrown sugar
  • 4chicken breastsboneless, skinless


  1. Combine the oil, red wine vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, soy sauce, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and brown sugar in a small bowl or a freezer bag.

  2. Add the chicken, then marinate for at least 1 hour or up to 6 hours.

Grill Boneless Chicken Breasts:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, then cook the chicken for 7 to 8 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

  2. Rest for 3 to 5 minutes.
