How To Make BBQ Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup of BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, bell pepper, red onion, BBQ sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken and vegetables in the sauce.

  3. Thread the chicken, bell pepper, and red onion onto skewers, alternating between each ingredient.

  4. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

  5. Remove from the grill and let the skewers rest for a few minutes before serving.
