How To Make Barbecued Surf & Turf

  • 1 lb of sirloin steak
  • 1 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Season the steak and shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

  3. Grill the steak for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

  4. Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and cooked through.

  5. Serve the grilled steak and shrimp together, and enjoy!
