How To Make Summer Fruit Punch Salad

This refreshing summer fruit salad combines fruity gelatin, fruit punch, and fresh fruits for a satisfying fruit dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 Jell-O Brand Cherry Flavor Gelatin, 4-serving size
  • 1 Jell-O Brand Strawberry Flavor Gelatin, 4-serving size
  • 1 ½ cup boiling water
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup seedless grape halves
  • 1 ½ cup cool whip strawberry topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. Mix dry gelatin mixes in large bowl.
  2. Stir in boiling water for at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.

  3. Add enough ice to orange juice to measure 2 ¼ cups

  4. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened.
  5. Remove any un-melted ice.
  6. Stir in fruit.
  7. Pour into large serving bowl.
  8. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.

  9. Top with the whipped topping just before serving.
  10. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
