How To Make Peach Cobbler Bars

Turn your peach cobbler into easy-to-eat mini bars with this recipe. The juicy treat is drizzled with a sweet vanilla-almond glaze.

  • 1cupbutter,softened
  • 2cupssugar
  • 4eggs
  • 1tspvanilla extract
  • ¼tspalmond extract
  • 3cupsall purpose flour
  • 1tspsalt
  • 21ozpeach pie,(2 filling)
  • ¼cupbrown sugar
  • ½tspcinnamon

For Glaze:

  • ½tspvanilla extract
  • ½tspalmond extract
  • 1cuppowdered sugar
  • 2tbspmilk


  1. Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Beat in extracts.

  2. In a separate bowl combine flour and salt. Add to the creamed mixture. Mix until combined.

  3. In a seperate bowl, combine peach pie filling, brown sugar and cinnamon.

  4. Grease a 15x10x1-inch pan or 9×13-inch pan. Spread 3 cups batter. Drop remaining batter on top of pie filling.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick comes clean. Cool on wire rack.

  6. Combine powdered sugar and milk for the glaze and drizzle over the bars.
