How To Make Strawberry Chocolate Breakfast Parfait
Start your day right with a sweet treat by whipping up our tasty breakfast parfait! It’s loaded with juicy strawberries and chocolate muffins.
Wash and chop the strawberries.
Add the honey, vanilla and ⅔ of the chopped strawberries to a medium saucepan.
Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes until the juices are released and slightly thickened. Sauce will thicken more while cooling.
Stir in the remaining strawberries, then remove from heat. Cool completely.
Layer ¼ cup of the fresh strawberries in the bottom of each container.
Cut the Garden Lites chocolate muffins into cubes.
Place ½ muffin cut, into each container.
Top with ¼ cup of Greek yogurt and 2 tablespoons of strawberry sauce.
Repeat layers, then top with whipped topping, if desired.
Serve, and enjoy!
