How To Make Peaches & Berries with Lemon-Mint Syrup

  • 4peaches,pitted and sliced
  • 1cupblueberries,(½ pint)
  • ¼cuplemon juice,freshly squeezed
  • ¼cupsugar
  • 2tbspfresh mint,chopped
  • 1cupraspberries,(½ pint)
  • 1cupblackberries,(½ pint)


  1. Combine peaches, blueberries, lemon juice, sugar and mint in a serving bowl and toss. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.

  2. Right before serving, add raspberries and blackberries and toss gently.

  3. Taste and add a bit more sugar if necessary. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
