Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 4 passion fruits
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the diced mangoes and the pulp of 2 passion fruits. Blend until smooth.

  2. In a separate bowl, whip the coconut cream until light and fluffy. Add maple syrup and whip again until well combined.

  3. Divide the mango mixture into serving glasses. Top each glass with a dollop of coconut whip.

  4. Cut open the remaining 2 passion fruits and spoon out some of the pulp onto each glass.

  5. Sprinkle shredded coconut on top for garnish.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
