  • 11 oz canned mandarin oranges, drained
  • 16 oz canned peach slices, drained
  • 20 oz canned pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 medium apple, chopped
  • 2 medium bananas, firm, sliced
  • 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1/3 cup orange juice concentrate, frozen
  • 3/4 cup sour cream


  1. In a large salad bowl, combine all fruits and set aside.

  2. In a mixing bowl, beat pudding mix, milk, and orange juice concentrate for 2 minutes.

  3. Stir in sour cream and mix well. Spoon over fruit and toss well to coat.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve.
