
How To Make Mini Fruit Crisps
Munch on a delectable serving of these flavorful fruit crisps, loaded with your favorite fruits in a sweet-tangy sauce, and topped with a crisp oat topping!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 8cupsfruit,chopped, such as berries, cherries, peaches, pineapple, plums, apricots, pears
- â…“cupmaple syrup
- 3tbspcornstarch
- 3tbsplemon juice
- vanilla ice cream,for serving, optional
For Oatmeal Crisp Topping:
- ½cupold-fashioned oats
- ¼cupalmond meal,or all-purpose flour
- ¼cupalmonds,sliced
- 3tbspmelted butter,or coconut oil
- 2tbspmaple syrup
- ½tspground cinnamon
- ½tspsalt
Instructions

Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.  Lay out 8 half-pint ramekins on a large baking sheet, and set aside.

In a large bowl, add the chopped fruit, maple syrup, cornstarch and lemon juice, and stir until evenly combined.
Oatmeal Crisp:

Stir together the oats, almond meal, almonds, butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl until evenly combined.
To Assemble:

Evenly portion the fruit mixture into the 8 jars, with each being full. Then, evenly portion the oatmeal crisp topping on top of the 8 jars.

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the fruit filling is bubbly and the topping starts to brown.

Remove and serve immediately with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
