- 5cupsmini watermelon,seedless, diced into small cubes
- 5cupscantaloupe,diced into small cubes
- 5cupshoneydew,diced into small cubes
- 3½cupspineapple,diced into small cubes
- ⅓cuphoney
- ¼cuplime juice,fresh
- ¼cupfresh mint,chopped
Instructions

Dice the watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, and pineapple, then drain off any excess liquid. Add them to a large salad bowl.

In a jar or bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice and mint.
