  • 5cupsmini watermelon,seedless, diced into small cubes
  • 5cupscantaloupe,diced into small cubes
  • 5cupshoneydew,diced into small cubes
  • cupspineapple,diced into small cubes
  • cuphoney
  • ¼cuplime juice,fresh
  • ¼cupfresh mint,chopped

Instructions

  1. Dice the watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, and pineapple, then drain off any excess liquid. Add them to a large salad bowl.

  2. In a jar or bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice and mint.

  3. Pour the dressing over the fruit, then toss to evenly coat.

  4. Serve, and enjoy!
