How To Make Mandarin Orange Salad
A bright medley of strawberries, peaches, and pineapples adds a lot of fruitiness to this orange salad; a dessert with whipped cream and pudding.

Ingredients
- 4cupsbuttermilk
- 2boxesVanilla Jell-O Instant Pudding Powder,large
- 12ozcool whip,thawed
- 1lbfresh strawberries,sliced, reserve some for the top
- 15ozfresh peaches,(1 can), sliced
- 15ozmandarin oranges,(1 can), drained, reserve some for the top
- 15ozpineapple tidbits,(1 can), drained
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, beat together the buttermilk and jello pudding powder for about 2 minutes until it starts to thicken. Fold in the thawed cool whip.

Either layer the fruit and spread the buttermilk vanilla pudding layer in between and finish with a layer on top or fold all of the fruit into the pudding and cool whip mixture.

Top with fresh strawberries and mandarin oranges for a beautiful presentation and chill the fruit salad in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
