
How To Make Honey Lime Quinoa Fruit Salad
A healthy combination of quinoa, mango, and berries along with a sweet and zesty honey-lime dressing make this fruit salad a definite crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients
- 1cupquinoa,uncooked
- 1½cupsstrawberries,sliced
- 1cupblackberries
- 1cupblueberries
- 1mango,diced
- ¼cuphoney
- 2tbsplime juice
- 1tbspbasil,chopped, for garnish
Instructions

Rinse and prepare the quinoa according to package. Let quinoa cool to room temperature.

In a large bowl, combine the quinoa, strawberries, blueberries, and mango.

In a small bowl combine the honey and lime juice. Drizzle over the fruit salad and toss to coat.
