Our flavorful fruit salad comes with a piquant honey lime dressing for a sweeter plate! Assemble a big serve of this in just 15 minutes.

  • 1lbstrawberries,washed, hulled and sliced
  • 3kiwi fruits,peeled and sliced into half moons
  • 2mangoes,peeled and diced
  • 10ozblueberries,washed
  • 1cupgreen grapes,halved
  • 9ozpineapple chunks,or pieces, 1 can, or ½ of a fresh pineapple, peeled and diced
  • 3tbsphoney
  • 1tbsplime juice,fresh squeezed
  • 1tbsppineapple juice,from the canned pineapple


  1. Place the prepared strawberries, kiwi, mangoes, blueberries, grapes, and pineapple in a large salad bowl.

  2. Using a measuring jug, combine the honey, lime juice and pineapple juice.

  3. Pour the syrup through the fruit, then mix well.

  4. Mix the juices accumulated at the bottom of the bowl once again before serving.

  5. Serve, and enjoy!
