- 4 medium-sized apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, maple syrup, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Stir until the apples are well coated.

In a separate bowl, mix the oats, almond flour, walnuts, coconut oil, and salt.

Spread the apple mixture evenly in a baking dish. Sprinkle the oat topping over the apples.
