
How To Make Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Crisps

Ingredients
For Cinnamon Crisps:
- 10flour tortillas,10-inches
- cooking spray,or olive oil spray
- â…“cupsugar
- 1tspcinnamon
For Fruit Salsa:
- 2granny smith apples
- 1lemon
- 1cupmelon,or kiwi, finely diced
- 1lbstrawberries
- ½lbraspberries
- 4tbspraspberry preserves
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Set aside.

Working with 3 tortillas at a time, spray both sides of of the tortilla, then sprinkle each side lightly with cinnamon sugar.

Stack 3 tortillas, then using a pizza cutter, cut tortillas into 12 wedges.

Place the tortilla wedges on a baking sheet, then bake for 8 to 11 minutes or until crisp.

Zest the lemon into a bowl, then set aside.

Peel and finely chop the apple, then squeeze 2 teaspoons of lemon juice over the apples. Mix well to combine.

Finely chop the strawberries and melon, then set aside.

Gently combine the apples, lemon, melon, raspberries, strawberries, and raspberry preserves in a large bowl.

Allow to sit at room temperature for at least 15 minutes.

Serve with cinnamon crisps, and enjoy!
