  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tsp. lime peel, grated
  • 2 cup cantaloupe, diced, peeled
  • 2 cup honeydew melon, diced, peeled
  • 2 cup seedless red or green grapes
  • 2 cup pineapple, diced, peeled, cored
  • 1 ½ cup papaya, diced, peeled
  • 1 cup strawberries, halved hulled


  1. Whisk first 4 ingredients in small bowl to blend; set dressing aside.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Cover dressing and fruit separately and chill until ready to serve, up to 6 hours.
  4. Mix dressing into fruit.
  5. Let stand 15 minutes to blend flavors.
