How To Make Banana Split Stuffed Strawberries
Bring a unique twist to the popular dessert by whipping up these sweet and tangy stuffed strawberries, packed with a creamy banana split filling.

Ingredients
- 2cupsfresh strawberries,more or less depending on size
- 4tbspsemi sweet chocolate chips
- 1tspbutter
- 4tbspnuts,finely chopped
For Filling:
- ½cupheavy cream
- 4ozcream cheese,softened
- 2tbsppowdered sugar
- ½banana,mashed
- ¼cuppineapple,well drained, crushed
- instant banana pudding mix,or vanilla
Optional Toppings:
- 5fudge sauce
- sprinkles
- cherries
Instructions

Combine the heavy cream, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 4 tablespoons of instant pudding mix with the mixer on medium speed, until thick and fluffy.

Fold in the banana and pineapple. Then, place the filling in a Ziploc bag, and refrigerate.

Wash and dry the strawberries. Cut tops off and using a tomato corer, scoop out the center. Cut the bottom off, making sure the strawberry stands upright. Stand on a paper towel to dry.

Melt the chocolate chips for about 25 seconds in the microwave, then stir in the butter until smooth.

Dry each strawberry with a paper towel, then dip them in the chocolate, and then in the nuts.

Place the strawberries on a parchment paper-lined sheet, then refrigerate for 5 minutes or until set.

Cut a corner off of the Ziploc bag, then pipe filling into each strawberry.

Top with fudge sauce, sprinkles, and cherries, serve, and enjoy!
