How To Make Apple Pie Egg Rolls
These apple pie egg rolls let you enjoy the warm flavors of apple pie. Egg wrappers are filled with apple-cinnamon then fried until crispy and golden.

Ingredients
For Filling:
- 3cupsapples,(approximately 3 apples), peeled and diced
- 4tbspsugar
- 4tspflour
- ¾tspcinnamon
- 1tsplemon juice
For Others:
- 12eggroll wrappers
- oil,for frying
Instructions

Combine all filling ingredients and mix well.

Place 2 heaping tablespoons of filling in the center of each wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll the wrapper tightly. Use a dab of water to secure the tip of the wrapper.

Preheat oil to 350 degrees F. Fry each egg roll for about 4 to 5 minutes or until browned and crispy.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.
