  • ¾cupapple juice
  • tspcinnamonground, divided
  • ¼tspnutmegground, divided
  • 2cupsGreek yogurtplain
  • tbsphoney
  • cupshoney granola


  1. Melt I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter in a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add apples and saute for 5 minutes then pour in apple juice, 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg, bring to a simmer and reduce heat to medium-low.

  3. Let simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 10 to 15 minutes longer until apple juice has reduced, it should become like a thick syrup and coat the apples and apples are tender.

  4. Let cool completely transfer to a bowl and freeze for about 15 minutes to chill faster.

  5. In a small mixing bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, remaining 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg, and honey.

  6. Divide half of the yogurt mixture among 4 cups. Then layer 1/2 of the apples among cups followed by 1/2 of the granola.

  7. Repeat the process once more. Serve immediately for best results.
