  • cupwhite sugar
  • ½tspsalt
  • 1cupdark corn syrup
  • cuppeanut butter,creamy
  • 3eggs
  • 1cuppeanuts,salted
  • 1pie crust,unbaked, 9 inches


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine sugar, salt, corn syrup, peanut butter, and eggs with electric mixer. Stir in peanuts by hand.

  3. Pour filling into pie crust.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, until crust is golden brown.

  5. Serve and enjoy.
