  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a pie dish and chill.

  2. In a large bowl, mix coconut milk and sweetened condensed milk.

  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

  4. Fold whipped cream into coconut milk mixture. Stir in shredded coconut.

  5. Pour mixture into chilled crust. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
