How To Make No Bake S’mores Pie

Everyone surely loves s’mores! Our easy no-bake s’mores pie is tasteful, made with premade graham crust, marshmallows, cocoa powder, and more.

Total: 3 hours 20 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1graham pie crust,premade
  • ½cupcocoa powder
  • 1cupsugar
  • cupcornstarch,plus an additional 1 tbsp
  • 3cupsmilk
  • 1tspvanilla
  • 3tbspbutter
  • cupsmarshmallows

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the cocoa powder, sugar, and cornstarch. Add in the milk and vanilla.

  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then let boil for 1 minute.

  3. Remove from the heat, then add the butter.

  4. Pour into the prepared crust, then cool for 3 hours or overnight.

  5. Top the pie with marshmallows.

  6. Place the pie on the lowest rack in the oven, then turn the broil on.

  7. Broil just until marshmallows turn brown.

  8. Serve, and enjoy!
