This no-bake key lime pie is very quick to make and still extremely delicious. If you’re craving something sweet and tangy, then this is perfect for you.

Crust:

  • 1 ⅔cupsgraham crackercrushed
  • 8tbspunsalted buttermelted

Pie:

  • 16ozcream cheesesoftened
  • 1cupsweetened condensed milk
  • cuplime juice
  • 1tbsplime zest
  • ¼cupgranulated sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish.

  2. Combine the softened cream cheese with condensed milk, lime juice, sugar and lime zest in a bowl until creamy and well incorporated.

  3. Pour the cheesecake pie filling over the crust. Spread evenly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

  4. Garnish as desired with limes, lime zest, or whipped cream.
