How To Make Macadamia Key Lime Pie
This delightfully sweet and refreshing key lime pie needs no baking! It’s packed with the goodness of macadamia nuts, plus a creamy key lime for filling!
In a small bowl, mix the cookie crumbs, macadamia nuts, and sugar. Stir in the melted butter.
Press into the bottom and the sides of a greased 9-inch pie plate.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
In a large bowl or mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the milk and lime juice until blended.
Transfer to the crust. Refrigerate covered for at least 4 hours.
In a small bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. Spoon or pipe on top of the pie.
Top with the macadamia nuts and lime peel, then serve and enjoy!
