Total: 30 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 6 digestive biscuits
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 250ml whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • Grated chocolate or cocoa powder, for garnish

Instructions

  2. Put the unopened can of condensed milk in a saucepan and cover it with water. Bring the water to a boil and let it simmer for 2 hours. Make sure to keep adding water to the pan to prevent it from boiling dry.

  3. Once the can has cooled, open it and spread the toffee over the biscuit base.

  4. Slice the bananas and arrange them on top of the toffee.

  5. Whip the cream with vanilla extract and powdered sugar until thick. Spread it over the banana layer.

  6. Garnish with grated chocolate or cocoa powder.

  7. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
