
How To Make Lemon and Blueberry Layered Pie

Ingredients
- 21ozLUCKY LEAF® Premium Blueberry Fruit Filling,(1 can)
- graham cracker crust,(9-inch)
- 8ozcream cheese,(1 package), softened
- 14ozsweetened condensed milk,(1 can)
- ½cuppowdered sugar
- 3.4ozinstant lemon pudding mix,(1 package)
- 2tspfresh lemon zest
- ½cuplemon juice,freshly squeezed
Instructions

Combine the cream cheese, condensed milk, and powdered sugar in a large bowl. Using an electric mixer, mix at medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.

Add the pudding mix, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix until well blended.

Spoon about half of the LUCKY LEAF Premium Blueberry Pie Filling evenly into the bottom of graham cracker crust. Spoon lemon-filling mixture on top and spread evenly.

Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
